Amla Plant’s Care Instructions:

Light: Amla plants thrive in full sunlight, so it is important to choose a location where they can receive at least 6-8 hours of direct sunlight each day.

Water: Amla plants require regular watering, especially during the growing season. Keep the soil evenly moist, but avoid waterlogging, as it can lead to root rot. Reduce watering during the winter months when the plant is dormant.

Fertilizer: Apply organic compost or well-rotted manure around the base of the plant during the spring season to provide it with necessary nutrients. A balanced slow-release fertilizer can also be used according to the package instructions.

Pruning: Amla plants benefit from regular pruning to maintain their shape and promote air circulation. Prune off dead or diseased branches and trim back excessive growth to encourage branching and fruit production

Soil: Amla plants prefer well-drained soil that is slightly acidic to neutral in pH. They can tolerate a wide range of soil types, including loamy, sandy, and clay soils, but ensure the soil is rich in organic matter and has good drainage.
